Apply for Publication
Please review and answer the application questions below before submitting your work for review. Be sure you have read and abided by our Submission and Community Guidelines.
It is suggested that you complete the application on a computer for formatting purposes rather than a mobile device.
We ask that you answer all questions specifically, particularly:
Your Submission Title should be defined explicitly rather than naming the classification of the piece, such as "poetry" or "painting." Ink Bowl cannot publish work without a name. We typically refrain from assigning one without permission. However, if you remain undecided, you may indicate that you wish our Publication Team to do so at the end of the application. You may contact us at any time to request a title change.
When providing your current or most recent Education Platform, you should list the official name, not just "college" or "graduate program." These details are essential to verify that you are a student. You need not be concerned that your school will be contacted or listed under your name. Your privacy is valued.
Proofreading Prior to Submission
Regardless if you are an author or artist, download Grammarly or another AI writing aid to eliminate spelling and grammatical errors. You should check all texts before submitting your application, including Publication Descriptions. The use of refined and quality language holds considerable gravity in the Publication Decision-Making Process. Free resources can be found here.
